A lot of ladies, and gentlemen, write us about ways to improve the booty, naturally, rather than submitting to popular low self esteem tactics, like trying to get ass implants, injections of gels- or trying to force your wives/girls into getting these artificial enhancements. Today, many losers go the easy route out, and get plastic surgery, as a means of artificially boosting their egos, and honestly, you look disgusting out there, today. If you take a trip to the grocery store, in my area, 3 out of 5 women are walking about with some form of fake ass augmentations! If you notice, there are a lot of OLD WOMEN also doing this, especially blacks and Latinas, and it’s just looking NASTY! They’re getting implants from some 3rd world nation, then coming back and stuffing them in tight jeans, which makes it look so obviously false, you laugh. I see them and I roll my eyes, and I think, “this is the next wave of low-self esteem ladies out there”.  This is indeed what the future will look like, old women who don’t know how to maintain their looks, so they go the plastic surgery route. Some argue (mostly Black women) that its sites like ours that FORCE women into this madness, which is bullshit because no one is holding the gun to your heads, fake tits have been around forever and I never heard white women say that men are FORCING them to get them. Still, it’s moving in a direction where people want the fake ass enhancements to be accepted like fake tits, and we can’t let that happen.

It’s painfully obviously when you see old ladies with fake asses, let alone younger women you saw yesterday, whom had normal, uninspiring asses, but suddenly, this morning, have cartoonish figures. People point and stare, but none of the comments are ever positive, which begs the question, then WHY are these idiots getting this type of booty enhancement?  It’s a shame, that in America, we have to try to campaign for women, to beg them (like we do with their HAIR today) “PLEASE GO NATURAL, WITH REGARDS TO YOUR BOOTIES”.I mean, unlike fake tits, with the ass, you SIT on your ass, so how can an ass implant be comfortable and not shift around? “It’s not,” we’re told, “but you just live with it”.

So why so much fakery in the booty department? Mostly, because a new wave of ladies are “celebritizing” being lazy pieces of shit, who don’t want to spend 20 minutes a day, to do exercise, which will keep their bodies in order, nor do they want to practice healthier eating (which you can completely do without going overboard).  Quick, fake solutions, that’s the popular, American way.  Hard work to set up a sustainable path for yourself? Nahhh too much work, takes too long, you want to show off NOW. lol  Well this American mentality has spilled over the the BOOTY APPRECIATION aspect of life, and now we’re offended! So with that being said, we thought we’d do our part, to try to keep the message as true to the mission, as humanly possible, by contributing NATURAL methods, to get your booty on task, towards looking good.  What do we mean by this? WORKING OUT, for all of you lazy ass people out there. Yes, the bad term people don’t like to use, nowadays, “EXERCISING”, must be done to try to get our bodies on course to looking good now, and also providing us with a manageable method to still look good, as we age.

The advantage of working out, to get a better butt, has, over the fake implants and injections, is it’s all natural, you will love yourself for the effort, and feel good about the goal you accomplished. You have self esteem boosts for BEING YOURSELF and being proud of what you have NATURALLY. Working out, to make a better booty, is naturally enhancing your body, without needing artificial things entering your body. You’re not risking your health, chasing falsely-implanted vanity, if you go natural. So we beg you chicks, go natural, save your lives.

Now, a LOT of people ask us for advice on working out, and most of our AssMatrix women, and men, are gymrats who love to advise women, in the gyms (whether because they’re trying to get some NEW booty, or just to help someone get a better booty), so we figured, why not let them share some of their secrets with the community.If you don’t know what your target goal is, you’ll be lost if you go to the gym, so you have to keep a few things in mind.

First, start with a few things of note:

Know your booty:

SHAPE: What class of booty do you currently have? Are you realistic about the class of booty you’re trying to get it to ultimately look like? Not knowing where you currently stand, how can you get to your goal, or know if it’s even possible?

GENETICS: How does your body gain/lose weight, historically? Do you gain weight in the bottom half of body WAY before the top of the body?  If so, does the booty fat tend to run flat, wide, or go to your legs instead? Genetics alter the way your goals get met, and you must know where the fat derails or HELPS you, towards having the look you want. Know that fat works like a container, what filled up first, is normally the LAST to come off, when practicing weight loss, so 1 workout does not help all equally, because of this factor! We are NOT all alike.

PROBLEM AREAS: After you’ve done the first 2 items, now it’s time to assess how to get the problem areas to stop impacting the booty. Do you have a large Mystery Space, or is it messing up your hourglass figure, maybe it’s too plump? Are your thighs taking all the needed fat away from the booty’s development? Is your booty meat too droopy in sections, or fuses with parts of the body, creating undesirable effects? Identify problems and see how your booty can shine through these.

TIPS FOR ONLINE WORKOUT HELP:

Before we begin, some of you have sent us links, and things from other sites, and you might think they’re better. That’s all well and good, but you better know what you’re getting into, with most of these workouts, most might be damaging to you, and are workout for MEN, not women, so be careful. Some things are downright impossible for most women to do, and are not good for your backs! For example, the video here, starts off innocent enough, but at the 3:56 mark, how many of you can really do this where you pull the whole bottom half UP off of the ground, hold it, using just your back, while you flex your butts?  Most of you CAN’T! and you will hurt you back if you even attempt this!  This is NOT something most people should do, unless you’ve a really strong back and your legs aren’t heavy! Look, most of you are walking around with big tits, and it annoys your back, so what makes you think THIS is great for your back (which guys claim gives you great booty)?

Also note the booty of the instructor giving you the lessons. Do THEY have the booty you want?  So why the hell are you copying their workout? Most of these experts are skinny ass women with no muscle tone on their bodies, is this the right model to copy?  Also note, many chicks in these ghetto videos are artificially enhanced, and are no better than the infomercials featuring cut-up guys/girls selling you the workout belts that shoot electricity through your body, and claim to give you instant abs. It’s the same bullshit scheme of putting fake workout people out there, to make you think their PAID methods of working out, actually work.  It doesn’t work for every ass, because not everyone will be able to grow muscle or have fat deposits sit the right way. Not to knock Asians, but have you ever seen them have a nice ghetto booty? Genetics do NOT support this, so when they get fat, no one likes the view!  NO ONE!  In fact, here is a video of someone trying to get a fat Asian chick, to have a nicer booty. I applaud dude’s effort, but you’re using a fat Asian, with no booty, and you’re trying to make her ass look better than it is, in very very tight spandex, but it still looks FLAT! So that’s a FAIL and she’s only doing things are that are STRETCHES, when she needs to focus on what is at most a PIG TAIL, but is likely just flat with fat an wide. So you have to pick the right exercises for your booty, but obviously, it does not work for everyone! Don’t disillusion yourself, and don’t PAY a fucking soul ONLINE, pay a personal trainer, if you feel you want to throw money at the issue!  Most times, though, you can get ALL the help you need, for FREE, on the internet! Don’t believe everything you see if it’s strikes you as bullshit, the first time you see it. Most is bullshit to make a profit.

Interpretation of what a nice booty is, varies HEAVILY, so be aware! You have to know the intended audience of the booty help links. Most people telling you that their workout is to strengthen, really are just doing STRETCHES of the booty muscles, or you’re really JUST working the legs, and not the booty, in the exercises they’re putting forward.  If you’re online searching, avoid any site talking about “TOTALLY FIRM BUTTOCKS”.  I mean seriously, lol I read that and I KNOW who wrote it and who the intended audience is- FLAT AND HARD booty lovers. You want an ass like a man?  You want an ass with no fat, go this route. If not, ignore ‘COMPLETELY FIRM’ in the title of an video/read-up you come across, if you want full, soft-to-the-touch, round booty. Most other sites have you working out shit that does not impact your booty at all, really. A lot of exercises include more than 1 section of the body, true, but a lot of the “booty burning” exercises are made to decrease FAT BUILD UP ALL TOGETHER, are really only cardio workouts, in disguise. You might NEED some of that fat, they’re telling you to get off of your booty, because their interpretation of a better booty is A FLAT BOOTY WITH ABSOLUTELY NO FAT ON IT WHAT SO EVER. What do we mean by this? Here is a shot from a site telling women of this size, to get a Brazilian butt cut operation because she has too much fat. Really? She has no real fat collection nor booty, already! WTF?  And here, what is she going to burn off, BOOTY OR LEGS if she works out? LEGS, because she’s grabbing leg fat because there is no ass there, and she will be completely FLAT.  And this shot to the left? yeah you see tanned models and SKINNY women showing off ass, but look at this shot, what is she REALLY showing off?  She’s showing off tanned skin, panties and NO ASS! You’re stuck on the ‘exotic’ look and not thinking about the ass itself, which doesn’t exist here! Ever look at the exercise tape of vegan instructors? See any booty there? NOPE! “NICE BOOTY” to ALL OF THEM, mean ZERO FAT or BULGE, and we all know that bubble is going to need some kind of fat (in most cases), to fill out some panties, jeans or dress. Hard/flat asses aren’t the move, in booty appreciation. So you will need to focus on SCULPTING booty, first, over trying to burn away fat that you might need. Many people burn the fat and then are left with a flat butt, because that’s what the European Beauty Standard dictates.  Go back and read that KNOW YOUR BOOTY section, if you are stuck at this point.

INSTRUCTION THAT EVERYONE SHOULD KNOW

Step 1: You don’t need to go overboard with starvation. Get a proper eating regiment that fits you. If trying to lose weight so you can discover booty, in the huge hunk of fat that is back there, do that. If you have no meat back there, you can’t magically grow it. You’ll need proteins to build muscle, or some fat back there to convert. You can’t just go from flat to something, it does not happen. Do this before working out of you’re lost! Protein is your friend, not unhealthy fats!!! See a nutritionist, if you are serious. Also, you MUST drink a proper amount of water if you’re trying to build these muscles. You’ve heard of “water weight”? Your booty does, and it can help you here, as well as help you in the efforts to burn fat, so get that water drinking going on!

Step 2: Get a proper stretch routing going or you’re going to hurt yourself. Some of these workouts you see, online, are really just stretching exercises, so do them, they can’t hurt, but don’t do anything with any resistance unless you stretch first.

Step 3: Know SQUATS help build booty size, while LUNGES help sculpting! People always ask why we emphasize these two so much.  We tell you a lot to do these, we’re serious, they do! Squats are what we tell the Send Your Pics ladies to do, to make the booty protrude more, well that’s what they’re designed to do.  LUNGES, however are like for toning of the booty, and legs, but mostly work for UNDER the booty. Doing these 2 a lot is really the bare minimum that should be done, daily, in some form or another. You’ll find a billion different ways to do this, you don’t have to get extreme to work the same damn area! Additional things like curling with weights at the back of the knees or even glute kick backs can also help, but most exercises you see take emphasis away from the booty and make your legs HUGE. NOT COOL! Lost of times, your legs feel the burn and not your booty, and you think you’re doing something back there, when you’re not. You want to see who didn’t get this message? Check Andressa Soares. She was ok originally, then she went crazy without a direction. Her ass has no real definition, it was just PIG TAIL in shape HERE and then her legs just got huge outpacing the butt HERE. Her ass didn’t grow at all, it’s just a slit in 2 huge thighs! Look here. Her legs are HUGE and her booty is wide and flat. Too much of this other shit and less focus on the booty drowns out the booty. She’s using trickery like bending over all day, heels and everything possible to hike her Pig Tail up. You can do better, don’t let other body parts outpace your booty.
